📦 Where is my order?
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details.

If you’ve already received your shipping confirmation, you can track your order here.

If the package has reached your city, you’ll likely receive an ‘Out for Delivery’ SMS from the courier.
🚚 Why is my order not shipped yet?
Orders usually take up to 24 hours to process. Possible delays include:
  • Product Availability: May be sourced from another warehouse.
  • Incomplete Address: We may reach out for confirmation.
  • CoD Restrictions: Some PIN codes may require prepaid payment.
  • Courier Delays: Due to weather or internal logistics.
  • Holidays: Orders after 2 PM on weekends/holidays ship next business day.
🏠 Can I add or remove my delivery addresses?
Yes! Log in to your 199Kart account → 'Delivery Address' tab → add/edit/delete addresses.

Note: Changes here won’t apply to existing orders. Contact support to update an already placed order.
💸 What are the delivery charges for my order?
Delivery charges vary by product, location, and active offers. The exact cost appears on the checkout page before payment.
❌ What if my order is damaged or missing items?
Please contact us within 48 hours and share:
  • Your Order ID
  • Photos of the damage
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
After verification, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
⏱️ How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Typically, 3–7 business days depending on location. Estimated delivery date is shared by SMS/email after dispatch.
✏️ Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once it’s dispatched, address updates are no longer possible.
📞 Will the courier call me before delivery?
Most courier agents don’t make personal calls. But don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated via SMS/email. If you need special instructions passed along, contact us.
🚨 What should I do if I haven't received my order?
Contact our support team with your Order ID and we’ll coordinate with the courier.
