📦 Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking info. You can also track it here.
🚚 Why is my order not shipped yet?
Orders take 24 hours to process. Delays may occur due to product sourcing, incomplete address, CoD restrictions, courier delays, or holidays.
🏠 Can I add or remove my delivery address?
Yes! Log in to your 199Kart account, go to 'Delivery Address', and manage your addresses. This won’t affect orders already placed.
💸 What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary by location and product. You’ll see the final charge before payment at checkout.
❌ What if my order is damaged or missing items?
Contact us within 48 hours with your Order ID, product photos, and unboxing video for swift resolution.
⏱️ How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered in 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Estimated dates are shared via email/SMS after dispatch.
✏️ Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped, contact support immediately. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
📞 Will the delivery person call me?
Not always. Most courier services don’t allow personal calls. We’ll keep you updated via SMS/email throughout delivery.
🚨 What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Contact us with your Order ID and we’ll coordinate with the courier for an update. Raise a ticket here.
