🛒 How can I place an order?
Browse products, add them to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping and payment details, and complete your order. You'll receive an order confirmation via email.
✏️ Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Contact our support team immediately. Once shipped, modifications or cancellations aren't possible.
📦 How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link sent to your email or click here to track.
🚫 What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
Please raise a return or exchange request here within 24 hours with clear product photos and an unboxing video. We’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund as applicable.
⏳ How long does it take to get order confirmation?
Order confirmations are sent via email within minutes of successful payment. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder or raise a ticket using our contact form.
