📦 Where is my order?
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this to track your order every step of the way. If it has already reached your city, you’ll likely get an “Out for Delivery” update soon.

🚚 Why is my order not shipped yet?
Please allow us up to 24 hours to process your order. We carefully pick your item, pack it securely with an invoice, and then hand it over to the courier.

If your order hasn’t shipped after 24 hours, it could be due to:
  • Product availability: Some products take longer to source.
  • Incomplete address: We may need more details from you.
  • CoD restrictions: Some pin codes may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery.
  • Courier delays: Sometimes pickups are delayed due to weather or logistics.
  • Holidays/Sundays: Orders after 2 PM on weekends/holidays ship next business day.
🏠 Can I add or remove my delivery addresses?
Yes, you can manage your delivery addresses in your account:

- Log in to your account.
- Go to the ‘Delivery Address’ tab.
- Edit, delete, or add a new address as needed.

📌 Note: Changes here won’t apply to already placed orders. To update an address after ordering, please contact us.
💸 What are the delivery charges for my order?
Delivery charges depend on your location, products, and any ongoing promotions. You’ll see the exact amount at checkout before placing your order.
❌ What if my order is damaged or missing items?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Send us your order ID, photos, and an unboxing video. We'll take care of it promptly.
⏱️ How long will it take to deliver my order?
Orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. You’ll get an estimated delivery date in your shipping confirmation email and SMS once the order is dispatched.
✏️ Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, yes — we can help. Contact our customer support team ASAP to request the change.
📞 Will the courier call me before delivery?
Some courier companies don’t allow delivery agents to call customers. That’s why we keep you updated via SMS and email.

Unfortunately, we don’t receive contact details of local delivery agents. If you have specific delivery requests, let us know and we’ll do our best to coordinate.
🚨 What should I do if I haven’t received my order by the estimated date?
If your order is late, don’t worry — just share your order ID with our support team and we’ll investigate it immediately.
