Once your return is approved, pickup will be scheduled. After inspection, we'll process your replacement, store credit, or refund.
📋 What are the return eligibility criteria?
Returns are accepted only for defective, incorrect, or damaged items reported within 24–48 hours with proper documentation (photos & unboxing video).
🔄 Will I get a full replacement or just a part?
If only a component is faulty, we’ll replace just that part. Otherwise, a sealed unit replacement or store credit will be issued.
📦 What if replacement stock isn’t available?
You can choose to wait for restock, switch to a different variant, or accept store credit.
⚠️ I received a defective product. What now?
We'll verify and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the case. Please report it within 24 hours.
💳 How will I get my refund?
Online payments are refunded to your original payment method. COD orders require bank details for NEFT. Store credit orders are refunded as store credits only.
